LPN Academy: Building Your Skills
and Confidence

Cone Health’s LPN Academy is designed to help new LPNs build and refine their clinical skills while developing essential soft skills like communication, time management and prioritization.

As a new graduate LPN, you’ll begin with classroom and experiential learning during the first few weeks. The remainder of the 12-month program emphasizes hands-on patient care, supplemented with monthly educational sessions to support your growth throughout your first year.
