LPN Academy
Our LPN Academy is a post-licensure program to support LPNs as they transition to practice in an acute care setting.
The program helps build and refine clinical skills and includes competency check-offs. It also offers LPNs opportunities to develop soft skills such as:
- communication
- time management
- prioritization
New graduate LPNs spend the first few weeks engaged in classroom and experiential learning. The remaining months of the 12-month program are focused on patient care, with monthly educational opportunities to support development throughout the first year of practice.
